GECS Complex Care Team provide high quality specialist support into people’s own homes with a passion for customer centred care. We have expertise around supporting individuals with complex physical health needs, mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Our management team work sensitively with customers and their families to ensure that our nurse managers and care colleagues provide services which form part of a safe, effective and happy home-based care routine. Each outcome focused individual package of care is unique to the customer and designed to meet their needs, building confidence and independence from the outset.

Our value based strategies support our bespoke recruitment of care colleagues, with each individual customer involved in all aspects of recruiting their support teams, from writing the person specification right through to interview and training. We recognise the importance of matching personalities and interests as well as ensuring colleagues have the right experience and skills.

Each GECS Complex Care package has its own specialist training programme built around the needs of the individual. Our nursing team provides specialist training, and also link up with health and social care professionals, including specialist clinicians, to ensure care staff are fully supported to provide excellent care standards.

We believe in developing our complex care team members and providing support and opportunities that not only attract skilled staff but also ensures we retain happy and satisfied staff teams through access to continued education training and robust management support.

GECS Complex Care provide home based services for those who self-fund, personal health budgets and direct payments, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities, and also private case managers; delivering quality outcomes for both physical and mental complex needs related to both long-term conditions and personal injury through illness or accidents.
